This is our unique approach to recruitment. We use sourcing tools and data analytics to help prepare shortlists that also encompass passive candidates. We extrapolate meaningful patterns to gauge how open to new job opportunities a potential candidate is. Whilst we use technology to identify and encourage them to get in contact, our focus is always on putting the relationship back at the heart of the process. Our focus in all of this is better understanding a candidate’s personal priorities and aspirations for a successful outcome- maintaining human interaction at the most valuable point. Fixed-term contract
This is a contract that will terminate on a specific date, event or completion of a project / task e.g. covering for an employee who is on sick or maternity leave. Fixed-term employees have employment rights. In Europe they must be treated comparably to a full-time employee.
FMS – Freelancer Management System
A cloud-based workforce management platform. The FMS helps businesses initiate, manage, complete, track and analyse engagements with individual independent workers, who may be sourced by the provider or the business itself. Online staffing solutions or marketplaces may leverage FMS technology to power their solutions.
