W-2 Employees
This term is often used in the US to describe those who are paid hourly on a regular basis and work with a staffing firm that handles their payroll. However, we don’t use this term. W-2 is a tax form.
White labelling
This is when a product or service removes their logo / branding from an end product and uses that of the purchaser. This is also sometimes used to describe when a service provider goes to market under the client’s brand rather than its own.
Workforce solutions
Workforce solutions is the umbrella term we use to describe the kinds of services we supply. This could be products or services relating to the sourcing, engagement and development of employed and non-employed (including contingent) workers, such as MSP, RPO, CMO or consultancy on talent acquisition technology, assessment and selection, EVP, diversity and inclusion, outplacement, salary benchmarking and executive search.

This is the legislation in the UK that regulates the time employees can be required to work and the rests and breaks to which they are entitled.
